I was very skeptical because of some of the reviews…I’m glad I didn’t listen…It’s very heavy duty…makes tortillas super thin and easy to use. I love that I can place it on the stove and cook the tortillas right away…it takes practice to make the perfect tortilla and some of these reviews are from people who aren’t making the tortillas right **sigh. It’s a press but it’s not going to help you with the right amount to use. It takes practice and as someone who had no idea what I was doing….I’d recommend this press to any beginner or pro. Once you get the correct measurement you’ll love it…practice makes perfect.

Great tool for fast tortilla/pita bread. Very good for thicker flatbread recipes as well. If you need a thinner dough, rotate it a quarter turn for best results! Will be using this often.
